Hydra OS: the work that has to happen every week, running without anyone starting it

OPERATIONS SYSTEM RUN FOR YOU SPANISH AND ENGLISH

Your recurring operations run on the system that runs ours, over the software you already use. Work happens on schedule, anything with a real consequence waits for a person, and every run leaves a record you can open.

THE DAILY RUN SCOPED BEFORE IT IS PRICED

The work that never finishes and never improves

Every business has work that must happen whether or not anyone has time: the same enquiries triaged, the same documents assembled, the same records updated twice because two systems do not speak. It never improves, because improving it means a week away from doing it, and that week never comes.

That is the work Hydra OS takes over.

What it does once it is running

Work runs on a schedule, or when something arrives that starts it: the enquiry sorted, the document assembled, the record updated in both systems, in the language the recipient reads.

Where a step needs judgement rather than rules, it stops and asks a person.

The part that stops on purpose

Before anything goes live we agree, in writing, which decisions a person makes. Anything that spends money, goes to a customer in your name, or changes a record you would have to unwind: those wait. The rest runs. The list is yours, and you can move the line once you have watched the record for a month.

And there is a switch that stops all of it, yours to flip. A system you cannot turn off is a system you do not control.

What you get

  1. Your recurring work running on schedule, in both languages, without anyone starting it.
  2. A written agreement, before the build, on which decisions stay with a person.
  3. A record of every run, open to you.
  4. Someone at the studio who owns your operations, by name.
  5. Training and thirty days of support after go live, as deliverables.

How an engagement runs

One process at a time, each opening with the same paid pilot and signed test as a build. When one goes live, the next goes on.

How this gets proved for your business

The proof that matters is the test signed on your own process, with your own data, and the system starts writing its own record on day one of the pilot.
