What the conversation covers
- You describe what is slow, expensive, or not happening at all. Fifteen minutes of that is usually enough for us to see the shape of it.
- We tell you which of the five things we sell would apply, and which would not. Often the answer is one of the two smallest ones.
- If something does apply, we describe what scoping it involves, what we would need from you, and how soon you would see anything.
- You get a short written summary by email afterwards. No slide deck, and nobody chasing you the following Tuesday.
Sometimes we are the wrong studio for the job. Then you leave the call with the name of one that is better placed.
Who is on the call
One or two of us, chosen from what you tell us when you book. The people on the call are the people who would do the work, and each part of the delivery has one owner. Nobody here is paid to move you to a second meeting.

Your data, in plain language
What you type into the form reaches the people who work here and nobody else. We use it to answer you and, if you decide to go ahead, to scope the work. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and enquiries that go nowhere get deleted. Booking a call runs through Cal.com, which handles the calendar and the invitation. Every provider that touches your details is named in the privacy policy, along with how to ask us to delete what we hold.
We publish this because we sell systems that handle other people's data, and a studio that is vague about its own is not worth trusting with yours.
