The AI Visibility Audit: where you stand, and what to do first

ENTRY OFFER TWO TO THREE WEEKS ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Ask ChatGPT to recommend a business like yours and something comes back. It might be a competitor. It might be you, with the wrong details. It might be nothing at all. Most owners have never checked, and none of the reports they already pay for will tell them.

The audit checks. Two to three weeks, fixed scope, and you finish with your position in writing, the gap against your three closest rivals, the repetitive work most worth taking off your desk, and a 90 day plan in the order we would do it.

Written for the person who has to decide something on Monday

You have read enough about AI to know it matters, and enough to be suspicious of everyone selling it. What you do not have is a picture of your own business. Whether the answer engines know you exist. What they say when they do. Where a rival is already ahead of you. Which single change is worth making first.

That is what the audit is: the diagnosis on its own, scoped and paid for separately from any work it recommends. It is worth having even if you never hire us.

Two passes over your business

The visibility pass. We put the questions your customers ask to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, in English and in Spanish, and we record what comes back. "Who is the best immigration lawyer in Fuengirola." "Recommend a dental clinic in Marbella that speaks English." Whether you appear. What is said about you. What is wrong. Which competitor gets named in your place. Alongside it, where you sit in ordinary search for the same questions, because the two now feed each other.

The operations pass. A second look, at the desk rather than the market. We map where the repetitive, language heavy work goes: what gets typed twice, what gets translated by hand, what a person repeats all week without ever using their judgment. It is the same audit either way, and it means the report covers both halves of your business rather than the half a supplier happens to sell.

What you receive

  • Your visibility position across search and the AI answer engines, question by question, with the answers quoted so you can read them yourself.
  • A competitor gap sheet against three named rivals, chosen by you or proposed by us.
  • The three highest value opportunities we found, each scoped with the effort involved, the budget it needs and what we expect it to change, written so you can hand it to any supplier, including one that is not us.
  • A 90 day roadmap in the order we would do it. First, second, third.
  • A recorded walkthrough in English or Spanish, yours to keep and to forward.

How the weeks go

One call to start. You name the three rivals you measure yourself against, or we propose them, and you tell us which part of your week you would most like back.

We run the checks. The visibility pass runs on public information. Nothing is needed from you while it happens.

One conversation with whoever does the work. We talk to the person who repeats the process, not to the person who describes it in a meeting.

The walkthrough. Recorded, in your language, with the roadmap on screen, and the documents come with it.

What we need from you is two conversations and three competitor names. No access to your systems, no data export, no project to manage.

Where the roadmap usually points

The audit is the front door to both halves of the studio, and it stays useful whichever way you go, or if you go neither.

  1. Growth systems if the finding is that the right customers are not arriving, or are arriving in only one language.
  2. Operations systems if the finding is that your team is doing by hand what should not need a person at all.
  3. Our published method if what you want first is to see how we run a project, the phases, the timelines and the named risks, before you commit to anything.

About the fee

QUOTE ONLY SCOPED BEFORE PRICED CREDIT WINDOW 90 DAYS

We do not publish prices, on this page or any other. Every audit is scoped on a call before it is priced, so the number you get is a real number for the work in front of us rather than a band you have to guess your way into. It is a fixed fee, agreed in writing, before anything starts.

If the audit leads to a Custom AI Build, or to the setup for either growth system, the audit fee comes off that work in full. It applies to any statement of work signed within 90 days of the day your walkthrough is delivered. Ninety days is the length of the roadmap you are handed, so the window matches the plan instead of rushing you through it.

One exception. The audit fee is not credited against the Operations pilot. That pilot is its own decision with its own signed test, and folding one into the other would make both of them softer than they need to be.

What we can prove, and what we cannot

OPERATIONAL SCALE OUR OWN BUSINESS NOT CLIENT RESULTS

There are no testimonials on this site, no percentages next to a client name, and no logo wall. The studio changed what it sells, the new engagements are young, and a studio that invents proof has nothing left to sell.

What we can show you is what our own systems have done in our own business. The content engine behind our in-house pet brand has read and analysed 12,462 posts across 38 brands and 122 accounts since July 2026, and indexed 10,487 evidence passages out of them. That total covers the whole tracked set rather than our own brand, whose posts account for 223 of it. Those are operational scale figures. They describe what the engine has processed, in a business we own. They are not client outcomes.

Three things the audit includes, because of what usually goes wrong

You are not the only person who has to be convinced. The walkthrough is recorded and it is yours. Send it to the partner who was not on the call, or to a board, without having to relay it second hand.

A diagnosis from a supplier is usually a sales document. The three opportunities are written for any supplier to quote against, in a format you can send out. If you take them to someone else, the document still works.

A snapshot goes stale. The same three rivals are re-run once at 90 days and you get the comparison, so you can see whether your position moved while you worked the plan.
