Proofloop: content that ships every month, in two languages, signed by a named writer
GROWTH SYSTEM SETUP THREE TO FOUR WEEKS, THEN MONTHLY ENGLISH AND SPANISH
It opens with a 30 Day Proof Month. We agree the output before anything is written, you sign the test that decides whether it worked, and at the end of the month you either start the term or you stop with nothing owed, keeping the brand voice profile we built.
Start the conversation.

The first month is the test, not the commitment
30 DAY PROOF MONTH SIGNED TEST VOICE PROFILE IS YOURS
Most content retainers ask you to believe in month one and judge in month six. This runs the other way round.
Before a word is written, three things are fixed in writing: the volume of finished work the month will produce, the standard it has to meet, and the test you will apply at the end of it. You sign the test. We deliver against it.
Thirty days later, one of two things happens. You start the term, or you stop with nothing owed. If you stop, you keep the brand voice profile, because it is a document rather than a login. The next writer you hire can work from it on their first morning.
The term itself carries a three month minimum. That applies to the term, once you have chosen it. It never applies to the proof month.
A named writer signs off every piece
The objection is fair and it comes up first. It will read like AI.
The answer is a review gate with a person's name on it. Nothing publishes until a writer has read the piece against your voice profile and signed it, and you can see who signed what. If something goes out wrong, you know who to talk to, and so do we.
Copywriting and creative direction are in house at the studio, which is the only reason that gate is real work rather than a line on a page. How the studio is organised is on the about page.
What Proofloop delivers
- A brand voice profile, built from what you have already published and from how you talk to your own customers, not from a questionnaire.
- A read on your closest competitors: what is working for them right now, what has stopped working, and what they have not tried.
- A monthly content pack, ready to publish: posts, scripts, shot lists and briefs. The volume is agreed with you before the proof month starts, because volume is what moves the number.
- The human review gate on every piece, with the signature visible to you.
- A monthly performance read in plain language: what ran, what it did, what changes next month and why.
- English, Spanish, or both, each written natively rather than translated across from the other.

How it runs
Setup takes three to four weeks: the voice profile, the competitor read, the first pack assembled and reviewed. After that it is monthly, on a date you can plan around.
The competitor read lands in week two, before a single piece publishes. You see the thinking before you see the output, which is the right order for deciding whether you trust it.
Proofloop sits inside our growth systems, the family built to bring customers in. If you are not sure content is the first thing to fix, the AI visibility audit will tell you what is. Our published method sets out the phases, the timelines and what happens when something does not work.
The engine has a record, and the record is ours
OPERATIONAL SCALE OUR OWN BUSINESS NOT CLIENT RESULTS
We build it, we run it, then we sell it. Proofloop runs today on Hairy Housemates, a business we own, so we can publish what it has done without asking anyone for permission. The counts below cover the whole set it reads, 38 brands with that one among them, and it has been indexing since July 2026.
- 223 Of those, posts from our own shop
- 10,487 Indexed evidence passages
- 31,070 Post performance metrics captured
- 38 Brands tracked, ours among them
- 122 Social accounts monitored
- 186 Website snapshots across the set
- 29 Creator briefs generated
- 1,344 Media assets processed
- 2 Languages, both systematic
Records by kind1 to 100K
Read what those counts mean in practice in the Hairy Housemates case study, which also sets out when indexing started and how much of it arrived in one import.
These are operational scale figures. They describe what the engine has processed, in a business we own. They are not client outcomes.

We scope it, then we price it
Output volume, languages, review depth and how much of your own material already exists all move the number, and they move it a long way. So Proofloop is scoped on a call, written down, and fixed before anything starts. The figure you get is a real figure for your business, not a published band you have to place yourself inside.
Three things included because of what usually goes wrong
"I will be locked in." The brand voice profile is yours as a standalone document from the day it is finished. Hand it to any writer, in house or not, and they can work from it.
"It will read like AI." A named writer signs off every piece before it ships, and you see who signed it.
"I will not see anything for a month." The competitor read is delivered in week two, before the first piece publishes.
