The studio that runs what it sells

AEIA Studios is an AI studio in Malaga with a decade behind it. We build systems that bring customers and clear desks, and every one of them runs in our own businesses before anyone else touches it.

Most of what a studio says about itself cannot be checked

So this page sticks to the part that can.

Proofloop, our content engine, runs on Hairy Housemates, a pet business we own. It reads what competitors publish, finds the patterns, and briefs the writers. Because the business is ours, we can show you what the engine has processed without asking anyone for permission and without blurring a screenshot.

That is the whole basis of how we sell. You look at a system doing its work, then you decide.

Who actually does your work

Whoever would build your system is on the first call, and stays on it from scope through to handover. Every engagement has an owner for each kind of work:

  • Creative direction and adoption

Everything you and your customers touch has one owner: the brand voice profile our content work is written against, the screens people use in a custom build, the room when we train a team. The published research on failed AI projects keeps landing on the same cause: the thing got built and nobody used it. Making it usable is a role here, not an afterthought, and it starts at the beginning of a build rather than at the end.

  • Words, in both languages

The review gate is a person, not a model. No piece of content leaves this studio for a client's audience until a writer has read it, in English or in Spanish. The same role writes the playbooks that come out of a team workshop and records the audit walkthrough in the language the client works in. When we say a writer signs off, that is a specific person's signature, and you will know whose when we work together.

  • Engineering, and being findable

The engines get built and kept running by the same hands. On an AI Visibility Audit this role runs the diagnostic side: where a business stands today in search and in what AI assistants say about it. On a custom build it does the integration work into the tools a client already has, so the system lands inside the business rather than beside it.

  • Scope, measurement and the rules

Someone decides what a piece of work contains before anyone starts it. That role writes the pass or fail test on a pilot, agrees it with the client, and signs it before build money is spent. It runs the competitor gap analysis in an audit, writes the monthly report in plain language, and owns the GDPR and LSSI-CE position on anything that touches personal data.

What our own systems have processed

These are operational scale figures from Proofloop running on our own pet business. They describe what the engine has read and produced. They are not client results. They are the record of the same engine we would build for you, measured while it runs a business we own. We build it, we run it, then we sell it.

The engine has been indexing since July 2026, and it reads a set of 38 brands with our own among them. So the post count below is the whole set, not our brand's own output, which accounts for 223 of it.

MEASURE · COUNT · LOG SCALE
12,462 Posts indexed, across all 38 brands
  • 223 Of those, posts from our own brand
  • 10,487 Indexed evidence passages
  • 31,070 Post performance metrics captured
  • 38 Brands tracked, ours among them
  • 122 Social accounts monitored
  • 29 Creator briefs generated

Four things we do differently

We scope, then we price. Every engagement gets scoped before we put a number on it, so the number you get is a real number for your business rather than a band you have to guess your way into. Scoping is the first piece of work we do on any engagement, and it is what makes the number mean anything.

We put the test in writing before the work starts. What we commit to is the work delivered, the compliance around it, and a pass or fail test agreed with you in advance. It covers the part we control. Plenty of studios on this coast will attach a percentage to your revenue instead, and a signed test on specific work is worth more than a percentage nobody wrote down.

Every claim here traces to a source you can check. The counts come from our own systems and the one case study we publish in full is a business we own, so you can follow any line on this page back to where it came from. Clearing that bar is what puts a section on the page.

Everything ships in English and Spanish. Both are written, not translated. On the coast, half the market reads in one and half in the other, and a machine translated page is obvious to both.

Malaga, and wherever the work is

We are based in Malaga and we work across the coast, in Marbella, Fuengirola and Estepona, in person when that helps. The systems themselves are delivered remotely and we run them for clients outside Spain. Where we sell and where we deliver are two different maps.

We also still design brands and build websites, which is where this studio started. That work has its own page.
